The Fashion Sourcing, Design and Supply (FSD) is a fast forwarding apparel and fashion product sourcing and manufacturing head office based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In the age of industry 4, all of us we need to have a faster, 360o communicative, tech knowledgeable team and we are the combination of that. Environmental issue is coming with no frontier where new requirements are adding every moment. And that’s why it’s a demand of time to have a very faster adoptable team to execute and interpret the requirement to the shop floor based on the customer’s as well as other organization’s demand. And we are the team is taking the full responsibility to execute the requirement and handover the value to the customer as per the required time and quality.
At this moment Bangladesh is the second largest apparel sourcing hub for the world market. And this demand will be increasing for at least next couple decades. McKinsey&Company’s report also says the same as in the chart. And Bangladesh government set a target to increase the export to 50 billion USD by 2021 from 28 billion USD in the FY 2016 – 17. And we are moving ahead of that to reach. So, lot of capacity is under used still which needs to fulfill. But reliable, technically sound and responsive partners are very important to takeout the order after placing the requirement from the customer. We are here to do so as we have work experience in all relevant area like in Factory, multinational sourcing and retail liaison offices in Dhaka e.g. Walmart, Columbia Sportswear Company, Wilson Imports, PDS Multinational (POETICGEM International Ltd) etc. with the various roles and responsibilities. These experiences we are implementing to support the customer to ensure both the party’s business interest. Our multi-organizational experiences are adding value to the FSD’s culture which ultimately affects to the product delivery and standard to make us global company.
We realize that what is the customer requirement, how on-time shipments are adding value to the both the party’s business, what are the ethical business initiatives and how much important to be ethical to grow the business. Transparency is another pillar of business to grow up what we follow from every point of view.
And FSD is to serve it’s customer in all the way for the betterment.
